In Luxembourg, the Maples Group operates through our independent law firm, Maples and Calder (Luxembourg) SARL, providing full service legal advice on Luxembourg law with regard to corporate, finance, funds and investment management, tax and associated regulatory matters.

Our fund, fiduciary and entity formation and management  services are provided to clients based in or doing business across Europe through MaplesFS (Luxembourg) S.A., which is regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.  Our fund and fiduciary services teams provide domiciliation, administration and management services to a wide range of Luxembourg vehicles.

Clients include leading corporations, banks and structured finance arrangers, as well as hedge funds, private equity firms and asset managers. The services provided include the provision of registered office, directorship, company secretarial and board support, transfer agent, fund administration and accounting services, as well as Luxembourg statutory filing services.  We do not provide auditing services.
