Maples Group Announces Seven Senior Appointments in Ireland
International law firm Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the Maples Group’s law firm in Ireland, is pleased to announce the appointment of seven senior lawyers to Partner and Of Counsel positions. These appointments form part of wider global promotions totalling 11 Partners and 14 Of Counsel across the Maples Group.

Richard O’Mahony (Funds & Investment Management) and Una Killeen (Finance) have been promoted to Partner while Ann‑Marie Donovan (Finance), Caitriona Clear (Finance), Colm O’Donoghue (Funds & Investment Management), Nuala Clarke (Funds & Investment Management) and Adam Sinclair (Funds & Investment Management) were promoted to Of Counsel positions. These promotions follow the appointment of Sergey Dolomanov (Funds & Investment Management), who recently joined the firm as a Partner1.
2026 marks a significant milestone for the Maples Group in Ireland as the firm celebrates 20 years in Ireland. The firm has grown from a handful of lawyers in 2006 to become the largest international law firm in Ireland.
