This recognition is testament to our commitment to providing the highest quality legal advice and service across our jurisdictions and I extend my congratulations to the practices and lawyers acknowledged in this Guide.”

In the British Virgin Islands, the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Corporate and Commercial and Investment Funds practice areas maintained their Tier 1 rankings and the Dispute Resolution practice also received recognition. Testimonials received by Legal 500 praised the team for always striving “to achieve the goals defined by their clients,” and their strength in acting “as a ‘one-stop’ firm in assisting clients on large-scale, complex matters that span various legal areas and jurisdictions.”

The Trusts/ Private Client and Insurance/ Reinsurance practice areas were also recommended within the Guide. Clients highlighted the team’s “depth and dedication to client interests,” and “ability to integrate seamlessly with external counsel, banks, and counterparties across jurisdictions. Their familiarity with international financing structures, as well as local regulatory nuances, enables them to add value beyond standard execution.”
