MaplesFS is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year and has also been named as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces 2026.

The recognition is based on direct anonymous feedback from employees and reflects the business’s continued commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive and engaging workplace culture. The firm was specifically recognised for its focus on employee engagement, professional development and creating a positive workplace environment.

Since establishing its Dublin office, the Maples Group has continued to build a diverse team from a variety of professional backgrounds that support a broad range of services and functions. The MaplesFS business which provides fund, fiduciary, entity formation and management, and regulatory and compliance solutions plays an important role within the wider Maples Group’s international operations.

MaplesFS prioritises ongoing investment in employee development, including leadership training and learning opportunities, as well as comprehensive benefits offering and initiatives designed to support well-being and work-life balance. The Dublin office in particular, brings its culture to life through a range of internal and externally focused social and engagement activities throughout the year. These include regular breakfast club gatherings, the much-loved summer BBQ and various feast day celebrations including Christmas events which bring colleagues together beyond day-to-day work. The team is also deeply engaged in the local community, actively encouraging and supporting socially responsible endeavours including fundraising for more than 15 organisations, evidencing and reinforcing the firm’s commitment to making a positive impact both within and beyond the workplace.

Commenting on the recognition, Stephen O’Donnell, Global Head of Fiduciary, said: “We are incredibly proud to be recognised once again as a Great Place to Work and to be named among Ireland’s Best Workplaces. It’s an honour to achieve this for the third year in a row as it is a great reflection of the culture our people create every day. This recognition truly belongs to our Dublin team, to the passion, collaboration and care they bring to their work, and to the way they support one another both professionally and personally. We’re deeply committed to continuing to foster an inclusive, supportive and human-centric workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to grow.”

The Maples Group is driven by a strong set of core values and is distinguished by its approach to client service, its people and its community, as much as by the quality of its work. The Group remains steadfast in its belief that its success is dependent on its people being who they are, and being their best, professionally and personally and is committed to further cultivating positive environment and workplace culture as it continues to grow in Ireland and around the globe.
