Dan is of counsel in Maples and Calder’s Finance and Corporate teams in the Maples Group’s Jersey office. He has experience advising on a wide range of Jersey Corporate and Finance transactions for institutional, corporate and family office clients.
Dan joined Maples Group in 2022, and previously spent several years at another international law firm in Jersey.
Before moving to Jersey in 2018, he was a member of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s British Virgin Islands office.
2010 – Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (not currently practising)
2014 – Admitted as a solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (British Virgin Islands) (not currently practising)
