Tracy is Of Counsel of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She advises on the structuring, launch and ongoing operation of all aspects of investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds, restructuring, Cayman Islands regulatory matters, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Tracy also has extensive experience advising trustees and administrators on unit trusts matters particularly with respect to the Japanese market.
Tracy joined the Maples Group as an associate in 2014. Prior to joining, she worked in the funds and corporate department of Mourant in the Cayman Islands.
Tracy is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
