Una is a Partner in Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. Una specialises in structured finance, advising clients on structuring, negotiating, implementing and restructuring a broad range of finance transactions.
Una acts for global financial institutions, alternative lenders, private equity funds, arrangers, managers, investors and issuers across a wide range of debt capital markets and structured finance products. These include CLOs, securitisation structures, private asset backed finance, SRT transactions, high yield bond offerings, fund-linked structured products, repackagings, debt issuance programmes and other alternative asset class financings.
Una also advises on regulatory issues impacting on structured finance vehicles including those in relation to the Securitisation Regulation, Prospectus Regulation, EMIR, Market Abuse Regulation and other securities law obligations.
